Review: Seven years ago, Sylvester Stallone released sci-fi action vehicle life under the title Judge Dredd. Based on the character from the popular comic 2000AD, the film was a disappointment with the critics and the source of much heartache for fans Dredd on his way, and he was blatantly ignoring important aspects of both source mythology look and tone. Fast forward to today, a world in which cartoon characters mean big bucks for movie studios, surely enough time has passed to the other ex-judge crack the whip right? Im happy to say that should comic fans will be able to relax and enjoy it represented much darker and more intense of a beloved character. Dredd story is not returned or imbued with much in the way of humanity, instead hes portrayed as a man more mysterious anonymous dialogue is limited to no-liners that typically inngåri they kick some serious ass. Where was the 1995 movie Judge light and comical, this is the hardcore version and is extremely violent with some surprising explosions of brutality meted out in a world that is far gone to hell. Because it is more comfortable and more mainstream action cinema CaSi, we have represented women today between Olvia Thirlby as rookie sidekick Dredd and Lena Headey is bad form and bad girl fresh from duty in the famous television series Game Of Thrones. Dredd 3D can not and will not be a classic in the genre, but it should be a big step up from the Stallone version and comply with any and all fans of sci-fi action looking for fun fun Friday night.
